Artist Statement

As a photographer, I aim to reveal the untold narratives of our world, highlighting the emotional connections between observer and subject. My lifelong passion for travel deepens this exploration, immersing me in diverse customs, rituals, and cuisines. Through my lens, I strive to inspire a thoughtful understanding of the rich tapestry of human experience.

Biography

Born in Missoula, Montana, I spent my formative years exploring the vibrant cities of Southwestern Montana, where my parents' entrepreneurial spirit influenced my own career journey. Over the years, my photography has been featured in numerous editorial and marketing platforms, including newspapers, magazines, social media, corporate websites, and marketing materials.

For the past 16 years, I’ve made my home in Washington State, just outside Seattle, alongside my husband and our labradoodle. In 2023, we embarked a new adventure, relocating our lives and business to Middle Tennessee.

I hold a B.S. in Business with a focus on Marketing Management and have an Interior Design Certification. My passion for photography has led me to mentorship and workshops with renowned professionals like David Stoecklein, Tim Cooper, Tony Stromberg, Deanne Fitzmaurice, and Helene Dujardin. Looking ahead, my work will delve into themes of mindfulness and documentary storytelling.
